What it is

An award or decision of a domestic arbitrator.

How to cite using AGLC 4

Domestic arbitral decisions are cited as quasi-judicial decisions, under rule 2.6.2 of the AGLC 4th ed. International investor–state arbitration follows Chapter 11 instead.
