What it is

A court decision from another foreign jurisdiction covered by the AGLC4 — China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, or other jurisdictions.

How to cite using AGLC 4

Foreign cases are cited as foreign domestic sources, under the jurisdiction's chapter of the AGLC 4th ed (Chapters 16–23), or under Chapter 26 for jurisdictions without their own chapter.
