What it is

A written submission made to a government or parliamentary inquiry, including submissions to royal commissions.

How to cite using AGLC 4

Written submissions to government and parliamentary inquiries are cited under rule 7.5.2 of the AGLC 4th ed. Submissions filed in a court case are a different form (r 2.8).
