A binding international agreement between states.

How to cite using AGLC 4

Treaties are cited as international materials, under the rules in Chapter 8 of the AGLC 4th ed. A treaty not yet in force follows rule 8.3.3, and a Memorandum of Understanding follows rule 8.6.
