What it is

A court decision not published in a report series, identified by the court's own medium neutral citation.

How to cite using AGLC 4

Unreported decisions with a medium neutral citation are cited as cases, under rule 2.3.1 of the AGLC 4th ed. If the decision is also reported, cite the report series instead (r 2.2).
