Law made under an Act by a body other than Parliament — regulations, rules, by-laws and planning instruments.

How to cite using AGLC 4

Delegated legislation is cited as a legislative material, under rule 3.4 of the AGLC 4th ed. NSW planning instruments such as LEPs and SEPPs are cited this way.
